Site Visitor tracking
When someone visits www.riversmeetcounselling.co.uk, a third party service, Google Analytics, is used to track user interaction, e.g. to assess the number of people visiting this site, how they find and use the web pages and to understand their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, Internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to Riversmeet Counselling. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to personally identify you, but Google do not grant Riversmeet Counselling access to this.
Most browsers allow you to reject all cookies, whilst some browsers allow you to reject just third party cookies. For example, in Internet Explorer you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, and selecting “Block all cookies” using the sliding selector. Disabling cookies on your Internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
