I worked in business for many years in marketing and comms and external relations. My business background helps me understand the importance of balancing work and home life and I have a particlaur interest in understanding and supporting how the impact of challenges in professional life may impact personally and vice versa.

In recent practice this has extended to working to understand and support the impact of social media; both personally, for example; impact on relationships with others and self-esteem, and professionally.

I have worked on a voluntary basis for a counselling charity in Petersfield and have previously helped facilitate Turnaround workshops, working with children who have experienced domestic abuse.

My practice is within easy reach of

Odiham, Hook, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Alton, Farnham, Basingstoke and surrounding areas and villages.

Please do contact me, Paula Annels, if there is any more information you would like or to chat about how to take the next steps.
