COUNSELLING DIRECTORY
Provides a counselling support network, enabling those in distress to find a counsellor close to them and appropriate for their needs. Offers a free and confidential service that will hopefully encourage those in distress to seek help. The website also contains information on emotional disorders and provides some useful statistics.

Mind has confidential help and advice on a range of mental health issues. CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU

CRUSE BEREAVEMENT CARE
